A classic yet timeless tradition, the cheese course is a staple on any French menu. The French boast over four hundred varieties of cheese that are typically enjoyed in trios after the main course, but it is not uncommon to find more than three complementary cheeses on a single plate. A glass of wine from the same region as the cheese is the perfect way to round out this delectable course.
