Each Tuesday, guests are treated to a selection of wines
inspired by changing seasons, wine regions or varietals paired
with a four-course tasting menu composed of Chef Hoffey's rustic
French cuisine. Guests are seated at large tables that foster lively conversation,
while a member of our management team leads an engaging, informal talk touching on the highlights
