
Our wine selections are directly influenced by our cuisine. The concept of our list is to offer high quality wines that express a sense of place, pair well with the bold rustic flavors of our food, and offer the best possible value to our customers.
Our wine program is managed by Erik Johnson, beverage director for both Sel de la Terre and L’Espalier. His constantly changing wine list varies with over 100 selections and highlights Southern France with emphasis on the regions of Languedoc, Roussillon, Minervois, Pic St. Loup and Provençe. Johnson believes that wine is a luxury to be enjoyed by all, and the collection he has created for Sel de la Terre was awarded
